Full Program

Module 1 | Neuroscience of Hunger and the Desire to Eat (9:00–10:15 AM)

  • Physical vs. emotional hunger: how the brain differentiates
  • Hypothalamus, amygdala, prefrontal cortex, and food control
  • Reward circuits: dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine
  • The role of memory, pleasure, and habits in compulsive eating

Objective: Understand why the patient eats even without hunger — and how to “deprogram” this pattern.

Module 2 | Brain-Gut Axis: the gut that thinks and gains weight (10:30 AM–12:00 PM)

  • How the gut communicates with the brain and regulates appetite
  • Dysbiosis, inflammation, and sugar cravings
  • Serotonin, GABA, and neuroinflammation
  • The gut as a neurotransmitter factory

Objective: Show that the key to eating behavior lies not only in the mind, but also in the gut.

Module 3 | NeuroSupplementation: scientific basis and clinical applications (1:00–2:15 PM)

  • Nutrients that influence the brain and eating behavior
  • Tryptophan, magnesium, GABA, zinc, adaptogens, polyphenols
  • Anti-inflammatory strategies and support for the anxious brain
  • How to build a brain-gut support protocol for weight loss

Objective: Provide scientific and practical foundations so professionals can use functional supplementation with purpose.

Module 4 | Neurobehavioral Eating Patterns (2:30–4:00 PM)

  • Most common patterns: grazer, emotional, compensatory, binge eater
  • How to map eating behavior during consultations
  • Relationship between neurotransmitters and eating patterns
  • Practical strategies to effectively modulate behavioral patterns

Objective: Teach how to assess the patient beyond the diet and personalize the approach for better results.

Module 5 | Neuroscience as a Market Differentiator (4:00–5:00 PM)

  • How to use neuroscience to attract and retain patients
  • Positioning and professional authority backed by science
  • How to communicate clearly and attract the “I’ve tried everything” patient
  • Simple clinical tools and routines that generate perceived value
